Does anyone else find it odd that all the other guys who handle guns seem to have some military/police background, except for Tom? Plus his physical conditioning is unique - everyone else seems to be in pretty good shape, don't they?

Dunno. just thinking out loud.

I vote for a Tom Flashback next season!!

PPW, totally agree with you back there.

Rod, Ben isn't exactly a fitness trainer and has no military/police training.  Maybe Tom was born there also??

Ben is in a different class, I was meaning the security team folks we have seen.
Comparing Tom to Pickett and his guys, or the guys who took Sayid and Kate down.  They all look like they have weapons and other training.  Tom just likes to dress up and pretend he is bearded raggedy guy.

I thought the same thing - he was warning them the place was bugged.  I think he is on Juliette's side.  Maybe he'll come back to try and help her!
