2 indicators- TPTB have confirmed in a podcast that SOMEONE is gay. Then in S3E1, Kate says that she won't shower in front of Tom, & he says that she is "not his type."  While this is still up for debate, some on this site have also noted a "gay chuckle."  |

I would really dislike it if Tom was gay
I am not against gay ppl, but I am not a fan either
I just dont want to see gay ppl in my favourite show, or is that what is meant by the "others"

Unfortunately, like every other show on TV, Lost does has an underlying social agenda. The writers/producers are making a statement disguised as good entertainment & are hoping we will all be "better people" after the viewing experience. I'm not bashing- I'm simply stating that I hope viewers can recognize that & just stay focused on the story of the show...not the MESSAGE. Unless you're ok allowing ABC to be your social/ moral compass, that is. "Not that there's anything wrong with that." lol [/IMHO] |
