I might be crazy, but i swear that when the doctor was talking to claire about her mom, he said something like "There's no way of telling when you will wake up"

Was there a figure standing at the end of the hallway outside of Claire's Mom's room in the last scene where Claire tells her Mom she is pregnant? The figure walks away when she starts crying....could be Christian's last trip to Australia right before he died. Could also be Other thugs following her like they did to Juliet.
