The electrical map.

The chess game that had out-of-sequence moves.

The two cats are different.

The numbers on the Food Drop Protocol and Operations manuals.

Translating the Russian conversation will be difficult.  That one Russian-speaking fan has been waiting for 3 seasons to come in handy.

thanks for all you do!

When Kate was in the kitchen, the shot seemed to pause at what was on the counter.  It is probably nothing, but there were jars, that I remember.  Could we review that?  Hey, I am a stay-at-home mom!  I notice kitchens! Grin

Saw some symbolism in that the cat in the flame was pawing at the rug/carpet and Patchie says nadia stop that.  Sayid also knew there was a basement under the rug/carpet.  I don't feel it needs further investigation.

did anyone notice what looked like a picture of Jesus on the cross behind Kate about 3/4 of the way through... it was when she was collecting what looked like batteries. Maybe a screen cap of that if that is what it was or not. more symbolism?

Russian Text from typewriter here: http://lost.cubit.net/pics/3x11/russianText.jpg

The underlined word on the first page is the name Andrea, through simple phonetics.  And I *think* the next word is Hatch.  No, it's NAZI.  Наджи.

ETA:  This would take all night, but you can use the Insert Symbol function to put the Russian text into Microsoft Word, then paste that text to babelfish.altavista.com.  From that, I got that line as "What that to measure repelled Andrea."  Alas, it is midnight here (thanks again, ABC, for the 10pm time slot!), and I'm not THAT curious that I'd do this all tonight.

специалистом = "by the specialist"  (one of the other underlined words)

Maybe I am curious enough to do this tonight... Nah.

The problem is that Babel (and most online translation sites) really aren't that accurate or grammatically correct.
