I had the same thought! Didn't he learn his lesson?

OK, after that preview of the episode Eko dies, I'm starting to think twice about the screw ups of Locke. Looked as he was about to do one on that episode, and he didn't. So I'll remain skeptical on this one too.

Smokey turned into Locke. That gave him the power of being always right. Hence he is the good one, winner of game and everything else for now on.

Locke has not screwed up anything and he wont do it next show. Everything Locke does is meant to happen. Don't see it as screwing up, see it as meant to be. Anyhow, i hate screwups

I just see Locke as willing to take a risk... he's afraid of nothing, what's he got to lose? Hell, their on an island with a monster and weirdos coming out of the woodwork... I kinda think that would feel pretty good to be so free...

Anyhow, i hate screwups I think Locke did screw up with the button in the Swan. I think we will find out more about how/what/why he screwed up when we find out more about the effects of the "blast." Also, when Eko died, Locke lies about what he said. If you read Eko's lips, he says "You're next."
