unrealistic... yes, but i dont know if it's possible for a battery to get enough charge to run. he turned the key over to jog it, and we are sitting on an island that just had a eletromagnetic burst...

i think the bus starting is just about as plausable as everything else that happens on this show.

your telling me you have never roll started a car?  And its probably Diesel which means the fuel doesn't varnish like gasoline does over time.  It is possible.  Not real high odds, but possible.

doesnt the road map put this bus pretty recent?

Having had to push start my 1972 VW Bug more times that I can count, I can tell you that it is more that just possible.  Put 'er in third, get it rolling and pop the clutch.. voila! Now the non-evaporating gas is a different story - but it was a gas engine not a diesel.  Finally.. the 8 track.  Ahhhh.. the memories!
