Saw it too...

Couldn't it be a security camera on the other side of that glass?!!!

Dots seems to be big acording to the depth of field, since the focus is on the first plan.

But I'm pretty sure it is a security cam, there are lots of them arround Hydra.

that's what I thought it was too. I saw it during the show and assumed it was a security cam.
