I feel that Rachel was made to appear as though she had been through some kind of chemotherapy.  The majority of chemotherapy drug side effects do include infertility.  Hence, impregnating her sister who was previously rendered infertile would be akin to impregnating something that was never intended to carry a child in the first place (a male field mouse).

I am not even going to mention the open flame/oxygen tank problem.

Before reading this thread I was sure that Rachel was not pregnant and was just saying it because Ethan had made her, probably emotionally balckmailing her over her sisters future. I thought the eyeliner man had mentioned her sisters pregnancy to scare Juliette, she already thought they had killed her ex so dropping her sisters name causes concern for her saftey and Juliette agrees to save her pregnant sister who isn't really pregnant. I think impregnating a male rat is impressive enough for them to want her.

But I didn't see him coming out of the room next door so survaillance is more logical. I'm not convinced by the pregnancy though, the timing is too coincidental to be real, but then again a lot of this episode was about time.

I think she was pregnant. You can get a preg test to come out positive by using the right chemicals, I'm sure, but it's a lot harder to fake or forge a blood test (which she had under the test)

She was pregnant and it was amazing because she would have been through chemotherapy, this also can blast cells in your reproductive system so it would have been pretty impossible for Rachel to get pregnant the usual way.
My question is if she carried to full term? Did she have a healthy baby?
Juliets managed to get a male mouse pregnant but not carry the baby to birth. Rachel had just found out she was pregnant so she still has at least 8 months for something to go wrong before she had her baby.

I'm guessing that she went right away (they were persuasive) and that she wanted to return within the six months but they wouldn't let her.,
