I still think that we're too soon to speculate on the next death, as it's not gonna happen for a long time... Actually, I don't think Ben's gonna die, but if someone does, it's gonna be a couple "redshirt" others when Sawyer's out running around on the island.

Agreed. Big deaths are more frequent in this show than in many others, but they are still spaced pretty well apart. Next big death in my opinion will be Charlie. BUt that won't be for a while.

I like the deaths, no I don't get attached to characters.. I won't be upset it happens, it's the story, nothing will ever happen the way I want it to, because I don't write the story, I just watch and relish the time I spend with the series...
Who's next? Who cares... It's gonna happen whether we like it or not, lets just enjoy the ride eh?
I still think it's gonna be a nameless other!

I think Sawyer, Kate, and Jack are going to escape peacefully (i.e. being brought back to their old island.) If an other IS going to die I think it will be Pickett.

I agree about Kate being part of the main reason that many people watch, but are you @ all concerned that Nikki might be a ...(I hate to say it out loud!  ) ....replacement? I've had the same queston about Sawyer being replaced by new-hunk-on-the-block Paulo.  |

So far no MAIN characters have been offed. Ana-Lucia, Eko, etc. were all peripheral. The MAIN characters seem to be Jack, Kate, Sawyer, and Locke (but I'm still debating with myself about Locke). I doubt very much if any of them buy the farm this season. We have not seen Bernard, and both Nikki and Paulo seem to be playing the star trek "Red Shirt" role. The two new characters would be my best guess right now seeing as how the creators/writers/producers are trek-fans, the Red Shirts are the logical choice  |
