I'm thinking maybe it won't be one of the five options for the voters, but.........
Desmond! We know he knows a lot about DHARMA and the hatch and everything, maybe the producers will kill him off so he can't tell us everything. And I know I sure like Desmond.

I am going to go with Kate as well. Someone else, somewhere on this board said that characters seem to die when the episode is flashing back to them. Can anyone confirm this with Boone and Shannon off the top of their head? Were they the flashbacks on the episodes they died? If this is a yes, then with a Kate-centric episode tomorrow she may bite the dust.
I mean, what role does she play except the victim who follows when she is not supposed to, and who's stupidity is constantly putting the other losties in harms way?
I just don't see what value she adds to the island. I know others out there love her, and don't want to see her go, but when I reflect back on her she annoys me more than she impresses me.

Boone died during a Jack flashback and was hurt during a Locke flashback.
Shannon is shot during her flashback episode.

Could they kill of Locke? He's clearly becoming the replacement-leader as Jack and the gang go missing? I'm starting to like Locke again, he became such a whiner in season two! Now he's back to his regular hardassed self again!

They may die during their flashbacks but they don't always die during a flashback. Jack has had like 5 centric shows, sitll alive. Kate, Jack, sawyer, locke have long lives ahead of them on craphole islan.d

i think they all will live for now.. i think all you have to do is look at their character arc.. if that arc is coming to a place of contentment or stagnation.. bam! they get offed..

Agreed. Kate, Jack, Locke, des for sure have a lot of story to be told. That is why I think Charlie may be dead at the end of the season. Unless there are secrets still to be told
