I just have to ask... what are everyone's thoughts?  I mean... none of us could have seen that coming.  Everyone loved Echo's character.  He was a loveable guy and he brought balance to the faith vs. science concept behind the island.  He was certainly a positive influence on the other lost characters... still can't believe they killed him off.  (sure would be nice if he isn't quite dead yet... like Libby after we thought she was gone... lived another 15 minutes!

Anyway... I'm curious about ol' Bernard... poor guy is the only one left that has not been captured or killed from the census of tailies!

I hate to say it out loud (does posting count as "out loud?"  ), but I'm afraid Sawyer's next.  Between new-hunk-on-the-block Paulo, Kate's confession of love, Pickett's vendetta, & Josh Holloway's expression of interest in other types of roles, I can't help but think Sawyer's days are numbered.

I don't think it's Sawyer.  The producers said we'll see Clementine again and I don't know how we could unless it would be through a Sawyer flashback.  On the other hand, characters who have died have pretty much died in the same episode as their flashbacks.......  I'll have to think some more before I vote....

Sawyer's a complete fan favorite, but I'd have to say they're leading us to believe it's him... That and his obvious "other island" replacement, Paulo or "Sawyer II" as he's known in my circle. Although, They could very easily go the other way and have Jack botch Ben's operation. We'll certainly know come Wednesday, right? Or do you think they'll make us wait until February to find out? Yeah.. they would... wouldn't they..

I don't think it's any of the above, I was thinking something might happen to Charlie the other week but now I don't know.

And I didn't realise we had to wait til FEBRUARY - that's too long, I'l be having withdrawals

I feel the same way about Sawyer - and Charlie - and Ecko and look what happenned to him.

I read that someone we care a lot about dies. That's why I said Kate. Do we care if Bernard dies? Or New Guy/Gal? Nope. Now Kate, we care about.
I don't think they meant Eko, while we liked him, his death isn't shocking. We knew he'd die.

the 2 that i think are possiblities are not on there.  charlie and sayid.  i think it will be between those 2.  they have become more background characters (unfortunately, i love sayid's character) instead of lead characters.  i think we will see one of them die.  so i picked kate, just cause she's the girl.

It is out of Sayid, Charlie, Claire, Sun, Jin to go next.

I agree completely, although i really hope sayid lives on. let's face it, charlie really hasn't done anything in the past couple of weeks, besides care for Aaron, and as far as I'm concerned, there isn't much left in terms of flashbacks. Unless, of course, he makes a miracle comeback with a great new storyline.
