i'm really really really having problems with this today. i'm having to submit posts 3 or even 4 times before it takes. anyone else having this problem?

not only am i having this problem, but also after i preview and when i go to "submit" i get an error "last post less than 5 seconds ago." so what, i'm a fast typer.
