I would say no.  They just look like too vaguely similar black women to me, not clear enough to tell, and then there is the fact that she has no accent.

Unless she is from the same village as Eko (another coincidence?) and has lived on the island or elsewhere so long she lost her accent. Of course, we know these people are actors (Walt: They're pretending! Dad!)...so she could have an accent and could be covering it up....just a thought
