I've made a few minor layout adjustments to the main pages of the site. The purpose of these changes is to streamline the site by taking out some graphics (like the button-light images in the navigation menu and the green box at the bottom of each page), and also display the ads more efficiently so it doesn't push content down. Previously, the ads displayed ON TOP of the content, pushing the content down. Unless your are on a low resolution such as 800x600, the ads should now appear BESIDE the content - allowing the content to appear higher on each screen. I also removed some of the banner stuff at the top to bring content higher up. I've tested this in FREFOX and IE and everything looks good. Use the poll to let me know what you think/how it displays on your browser. If you are having problems, please reply and let me know what type of OS and browser you are using, including the browser version #.

Thanks!

I do like how the links are more condensed, but I'd much rather prefer them on the left hand side of the page, ads might be better if there was some way to get them condensed as well... displaying more content within that frame

If you go inside Three Minutes entry with opera 8.54, the menu gets hidden and the whole page is shaken up a little bit - not sure if this is the problem in comments bellow or this happens everywhere.

As for the other stuff... Well I do not care much, but this is more for you Sledge - at least in the frontpage remove the ads in the middle - i.e. besides Michael's photo as it is now. It makes your site look like just another spamsite - which it is not! A suggestion for the frontpage would be move these ads just after the first post / above the second one. And make it clearly distinctive that these are ads and no text and there's text bellow (i.e. frame them somehow, etc)

BTW any chance of making so that if I donate I get ads removed? I rarely click on them anyways...

PS funny. Just for the sake of it I looked what was on it and found one ad which did interest me:) go twilight zone posters!

It's all good with me but then, you'd have to do something really drastic for me to even think about critisizing in any way!

Dymo - an ad-free version for subscribers is a good idea, maybe I'll start a poll on that and see if there is any interest.

Geronimo -

The names are going to be moved to the bottom of the screen to fix this problem.

Love the site but one problem I encountered was that a few of the comments pages; 2.22, 2.23, and the summer hiatus post,  have the affiliates and the stuff underneath it pasted over some of the comments and articles and makes them tough to read.  Other than that keep up the great work.

My feedback: I think you have an excellent site. Well maintained, very appropriate behavior and ability to move around within the site is very easy. Good job

It doesn't display well for me at all.  The graphics cover up the writing so I can't read a lot of it.  I'm using Windows Millenium with AOL 9.0 Optimized.  Can you fix it?
Thanks!

When I don't have the window maximized, the Words on the Right of the home page (Forum, The Hunt, etc.) are pushed into the white space and cannot be seen.
