I have to say, Ben telling Locke, "He doesn't get to save his daughter" was so chilling it gave me goosebumps!

Completely, yes. My runner-up choice?

Hurley: She's not coming with us?
Desmond: No, she's not ready yet.

That little 'yet' at the end gave me goosebumps. Desmond is like a superhero.

I second this.  We've been hearing it for years and I can't get enough.

Miles to Ben: "What's that?...A secreter room?"

Ben to Widmore: "Give me your walkie talkies."
Widmore: "Why?"
Ben: "Because I asked."

Ben to FLocke: "If you can turn yourself into smoke whenever you want, why do you bother walking?"

Flocke to Ben: "Wait out here. You don't need to see this."
Ben: "I want to see this."

Widmore to Flocke (after he slit Zoe's throat): "Why would you do that?"
Flocke: "You told her not to talk to me, so that made her pointless."

That may have been Ben's best line, but he also had soooo many moments that were just looks without any line at all that were just epic. I mean the stuff we saw from Ben in this episode was just as great as the "Got any milk?" scene years ago.
