you all can have your fantasies about Kate.  Go for it...
Frankly the character has lacked substance for a long time.  She runs from everything and it is just not something I enjoy about her character.
the actress is very attractive and I can see the attraction for the audience that is attracted/turned on by her.

but my reasons are soley based on character and the character just lacks.

I just don't get why people seem to find her so annoying that they're rooting for her to die.  Evangeline Lilly's attractiveness aside, I guess I sort of like her character.  In a way, Kate has probably had the least evolution of all the characters, but I find that endearing in a way - she's always stayed true to form - even if she can't make up her mind between Sawyer and Jack.  But between all of the female characters on the show, Kate is the first one I'd want by my side in a tough situation.

Seriously?  She screws everything up!  Goes where she's been specifically told not to go and then loses guns and gets everyone captured and all kinds of stuff like that! 

I'd take Sun or Rousseau in a heartbeat.  Except, of course, they're dead... which may or may not be a problem...

She is the last one i 'd want on my side cause I be afraid she would have a moment of where is my heart....   If anyone Sun would be on my side and Wild Claire..Juliette and Danielle were good too

I think if Kate was going to die she would have done it that scene...but she didn't...she will live..
