Man, so many for me but

Seeing Locke in the wheelchair at the end of Walkabout - realising he was just fine on the island - a real WTF moment

Seeing Hurley's lottery numbers engraved on the side of this mysterious hatch on a "deserted" desert island that our survivors can't seem to open up

The Dharma Orientation film - we still didn't understand a lot after we saw that, but before that the audience was sort of like groping its way around a darkened room - that film handed us a flashlight.

Locke convincing Jack to push the button - "Why do you find it so hard to believe?", "Why do you find it so easy?", "ITS NEVER BEEN EASY!"

Everything about Henry Gale / Ben in Season 2 - just this foreboding sense that we're witnessing this massive mind game with severe or even deadly consequences.

The end of the season 2 finale - the sky turns purple, and the next thing we know we're looking at these two guys in an artic research station - I swear I thought the episode had ended and I'm seeing some cheesy Budwiser commercial, and then all of a sudden its like ok, this is still Lost, and the real world still exists!

Sawyer killing cooper - that was some intense stuff

Desmond and Penny in The Constant

Keamy kills Alex, and Ben summons Smokey to take out Keamy's team

Ben goes to Smokey to be judged and Alex shows up

Ben and Ilana have it out

Artz and Ilana go hand in hand, I have a twisted sense of humor tho...

but....my all time LOST favorite scene [thus far]
has got to be Jack and Ricardus on the Black Rock:

I guess I have a thing for dynamite...

Yeah, this is the scene where I think my man-crush started with Michael Emerson

I enjoyed the heartfelt episodes
when the raft left and Vincent came back
When the tailies came and connected with losties
when Hugo shared the food with everyone and Claire got real peanut butter
NOT Nikki and Paulo

and Ben explaining to Ilana why he killed Jacob, and that he wants to go with Locke because "he's the only one who will have me," and her "I'll have you"

i will forever remember the awesome chills i got at the line of "give us the boy" in s1 finale. even at this point, after so many years, i will never forget those great twists that got me so hooked from the very beginning.  :'(

100% agree!

Also, Hurley and Miles conversation in 1977 about the concept of time travel and what can and cannot happen.
Charlie's final scenes: "Not Penny's Boat"
The moment Sawyer gave Juliet the sunflower... it was such a leap forward for who he was
And probably 100 more (some of which were mentioned above).

My favorite line from the show... Hurley commenting to Kate: "You just totally Scoobie-Doo'd me, didn't you."

OK, I know where you are coming from in that it was a big character moment for him and a real departure from what we had seen, but that may be my least favorite moment. Thats right about when I started calling for the death of whimpy La Fleur and wanted the old badass, nickname giving, gun stealing, womanizing, con man Sawyer back.

Honestly, I like the Sawyer best that can walk both lines... it shows character growth, but maintains the smartass approach to life.  But that's just me.
