OK 1 more. No lines at all, but the ending...

It was total Deja Vu of the ending of Season 2: Episode 8 "Collision" Where Rose & Bernard, and Sun & Jin are reunited. The piano music, the slow-mo, even the direction on the beach they came from. Even the awkward look between Jack and Ben was like the one between Jack and Ana Lucia. Ahhhh, good memories.

OK I lied, 1 more.

Hurley: Is this like a Terminator thing? Are you a cyborg?
Richard: No, I'm not a cyborg.
Hurley: A vampire then?
Richard: Ugh. Jacob gave me a gift.

Wanna try another stick?

I officially love Jack a million times more now!

Completely agree (on both counts lol).

And along those lines...

Richard: "What if you're wrong?"
Jack: "I'm not."

Something about the way Jack said "I'm not" that made me smile huge!

Yes! This was a total deja vu thing! It also reminded me of the scene in S3, in "One of Us" when Jack, Kate and Sayid return to the beach bringing Juliet. It almost looked like they came around the same bush on the beach. The "wth is he doing here" look Jack gave Ben reminded me of the look everyone gave Juliet when she appeared.

The whole Nikki/Paolo line that Miles gave Ben.  Now if that isn't a shout out to fans, I don't know what is!

Loved everything that came out of Miles in this episode and for a change Jack's "want to try another stick" had me coughing up soda I was laughing so hard.

I also loved Ben:  Because no one will have me

Just the way Michael Emerson delivered that line was awesome

I loved the reuniting scene at the end. I know we've seen it before, and I know they did it just about the exact same way, but it still gets me every time.

I loved that line.  I thought he had a little bit of doubt left as they waited for the fuse to burn, but when it went out, Jack was reborn as the hero of the story and the 'Wanna try another stick?' line was perfect for showing his newfound confidence.

But even before that one, the one that I liked even better was after Jack lights the fuse, he sits down and calmly says, 'OK, now let's talk'.  Finally!  Someone wants to talk!  On a similar note:  the worst line of the night was when Jack asked Richard where he was from and Richard says 'you wouldn't believe me'.  Jack says something along the lines of 'go ahead, tell me' and Richard says........'NOT YET'  Aaaaarrrgh!  I almost screamed 'If not yet, then when?'  Luckily they gave us some insight later but that line almost killed me!

On a similar note:  the worst line of the night was when Jack asked Richard where he was from and Richard says 'you wouldn't believe me'.

I think that if Jack were to respond to that line like Miles would, it would go something like this:

"Let's see.... I've survived a plane crash, been transported off another, been chased by a smoke monster, had a conversation with my dead father, and, oh yeah, traveled through time. Twice. And, somehow, your explanation is _so_ out there that I wouldn't believe it?"

Then after that Richard tells them he can't self terminate, T2 anyone?

LOVED this scene.  Taking it one line / one reaction further... Ilana's "I'll have you" and Ben's look were awesome.  It made me think that Ilana, too, has sacrificed a lot in support of Jacob.

Ilana: "Where's Jarrah?"
Ben: "I'm fine, thank you."

------

Lapidus: "Can you imagine what my life would've been like if I hadn't overslept?"
Ben: "Whaddya mean?  The Island still got you here in the end, didn't it?"

------

Richard to Jack: "Whatever you're looking for at the Temple, it's not there."

------

Artz to Ben: "You really had me fooled with that sweater vest."
