In 3x13, "The Man from Tallahassee", Locke's father (Anthony Cooper) is seen pouring a couple of glasses of MacCutcheon Scottish Whiskey. This is the same whiskey that Charles Widmore pours in front of Desmond. In that instance, Mr. Widmore told Desmond he wasn't good enough for his whiskey, and he certainly wasn't good enough to marry his daughter. The same brand of whiskey turns up in Sawyer's stash, which was raided by Charlie and Hugo in their plan to get Desmond drunk to find out why he had been acting so strange.
