In tonight's episode we got to see a model of the Swan Station at the Flame, where future hatchmate Radzinsky was manning the controls. This brings a great deal into question, like why Radzinsky felt the need to create the blast door map in the first place, if he had prior knowledge of all of the other stations, and seems to have held a fairly high post within the Dharma Initiative. In addition, he seems to have created the Swan model, and it appears similar to the one we saw in the original Swan Orientation film. So what do you think about Radzinsky's Blast Door Map now?

Caesar locates some files in The Hydra station that includes Dan Faraday's map and one of his journal pages concerning time travel. Also included is Rousseau's map. We've seen that Dan will eventually go to the Orchid station during Dharma's final days. Now, we also know he makes a trip to the Hydra (or someone takes his papers there, anyways). Those papers are still there 30 years later when Ajira 316 crashes on the island (if we assume the crash occurs in 2007). Now, let this blow your mind. Before Rousseau even begins drawing her map, before she even conceives of it, there is already a finished version of that map laying in the Hydra Station. Therefore, once she does draw her map, there are then two identical copies of it on the island. The same applies to Dan's map and his journal page. Take a look using the link below.

The mysterious elderly shop-keep we met in Desmond's excellent adventure seasons past returned tonight's episode, "The Lie". This time, we see Hawking (Jedi styled) working on some math problems in the basement of an old church. There's also a giant pendulum thing drawing marks on a map, which is duplicated on a Dharma-esque computer. It looks like she is hard at work finding a way back to the island for Ben and company. During their quest to find the Cabin, Locke finds a nice blue print of Horace Godspeed's, who was building the cabin.

Here's a closer look at the hand drawn map to the Temple that Ben passed along to Rousseau, Alex, and Carl in "Meet Kevin Johnson". The map is similar to the hand drawn map Dan and Charlotte used to find The Tempest Station. It's obviously a different map though. All you island charters, get to charting! In 4x06, The Other Woman, we got a nice, quick view of what appears to a hand-drawn map that Charlotte and Dan were using to find The Tempest.

In "The Constant", for the first time, we successfully see one of the 815ers leave the island. We know people have been able to get out using the sub, before Locke blew it up, but haven't seen anyone else leave. We know Michael was told to leave by boat, keeping to a 325 heading. Dan's map for the Lawnmower Man indicated he should head North at 305 degrees. Why is this different than the Boat? I'm not sure. But, figuring this out may be easier than decoding Dan's journal, or his chalkboard. Let us know what you think in the comments below!

In 3x12, "Par Avion", we get a better look at the electrical map that Sayid took from The Flame station in 3x11, "Enter 77". The map shows the "barracks" where The Others live. It also has some indications about subterranean passages.
Mikhail asked Sayid to check the map to see if the security perimeter encircled the barracks. Indeed, the map does seem to show the pylons circling Camp Others.
Unfortunately, the map doesn't yield much else. It's very details, however, in terms of layout and positioning of the buildings located at the barracks.

In episode 3x10, "Tricia Tanaka is Dead", Hurley finds a beat up VW Bus that was used by Dharma. Inside the van, he finds a dead Dharma "Work Man" named Roger. The van also contains Dharma Beer, and Dharma Beer Lite in addition to a lot of paperwork. Sawyer takes special notice of a map, or blueprint, which appears to show a road that Dharma was planning on building that would lead to the Swan Station. The map includes a more detailed drawing of the Swan Station than previously seen, but any details are hard to make out.

In 3x02, we see Sayid using Danielle Rousseau's map to navigate around the island. In 1x14 and Other Misc. Resources Investigations, we screencapped other versions and details of the maps.

This picture illustrates what the back of the jigsaw puzzles look like. It is difficult to photograph clearly, but there is a glow-in-the-dark quarter version of the *full* blast door map on the back, including the parts that are unseeable in "Lockdown" because the door didn't come down all the way. All 4 puzzle backs are pieced together for the entire map. Also, the border has a set of codes that each start with 'c' and are followed by a small number, all linked together through all 4 puzzle backs. Because it is difficult to see, this is marked by a red line I added later.

Note: This screencap is by me, but I also uploaded this image to lostpedia (and it bears no watermark there). Please check entry "jigsaw puzzle" for more information on the glow in the dark 'c' codes, which are different on the other versions. To date, we have not been able to decode the meaning.

When Shannon's seat (8F) was clicked on official ABC site, http://www.oceanic-air.com in 2005 (may no longer work), we saw some of Sayid's info, and a much clearer close-up of Danielle Rousseau's map from the show.
