Tonight Charles seemed to indicate that Ellie was pregnant at the camp. In the video after the jump you can barely hear the sound, but Charles puts his hand on Ellie's stomach and says "not in your condition." This isn't necessarily a huge reveal, since it seems obvious that she would be pregnant with Daniel at this point in time, but it is something that some people might have missed. Daniel Faraday was only with us for 2 short seasons of Lost, but his impact has been huge, and his place in the mythology of Lost is forever set. Tonight, Daniel proved to us that although you can't go back in time and kill your own mother, you can go back in time and GET killed by your own mother. View the video just after the jump.

In a lackluster episode for investigations (among other things) quite possible the best scene came at the very end and will undoubtedly have Lost fans speculating all week long. Richard is warned that he should consult Ellie because if Charles finds out he'll be angry. These few words imply so much in so little. First, we know for a fact that Charles and Ellie are both still there at this time. And second, this seems to confirm some kind of relationship between Ellie and Charles. Perhaps they are simply best friends, maybe lovers, or perhaps even brother and sister, but there seems to be a definite connection between the two. Personally, I'm voting for siblings. There is a lot going on inside the Lamp Post room, as we find in 5x06, "316". The room is largely occupied by a giant pendulum which swings over a map. This is used in conjunction with a formula scribbled on chalkboards to find windows allowing passage to the island. This room was built long ago, and was used by Dharma to find the island. The room also includes a chart of latitudes and longitudes that is constantly updating. Also, taped to the chalkboard is a photo of the island from 1954 belonging to the US Army. Jack is given a book of printouts detailing flights, including the now infamous 316 the O6 need to be on to return to the island. See pics of all this by clicking the continue reading link below!

This episode title brought about a lot of curiosity. Is "Jughead" a person, place or thing? Is it the character in the Archie comics? Is it a partial shout out to a certain "moderator extraordinaire" that has a thing for feisty, green-eyed brunettes on the run? Well, now we know one thing for certain: Jughead is Da BOMB!! Um, sorry. I'm sorry. That was pretty bad, wasn't it? I... I just couldn't help myself.

Ever since last week when a time traveling Daniel Faraday told in-the-past Desmond to go find his mom, many have been speculating that his mother was the infamous Ms. Hawking. After all, they both share a love for chalkboards and math, so why not make the connection. Well, tonight we got some fairly solid proof that our suspicions were correct.

If you watched the repeat of 5x02 tonight, at the end when Ms. Hawking is shown, the popup message at the bottom of the screen identifies her as Eloise Hawking. This is the first time we've been given her first name.

The mysterious elderly shop-keep we met in Desmond's excellent adventure seasons past returned tonight's episode, "The Lie". This time, we see Hawking (Jedi styled) working on some math problems in the basement of an old church. There's also a giant pendulum thing drawing marks on a map, which is duplicated on a Dharma-esque computer. It looks like she is hard at work finding a way back to the island for Ben and company.
