Tonight we saw John Locke talking with Caesar, and the other survivors of Ajira flight 316. We saw from the wreckage of the plane that they crashed on the small island that houses the Hydra Station. The station appears to be abandoned, and if Locke and company are indeed in the same time as Jack, Kate, and Hurley, during Dharma's heyday, then why would the Hydra be abandoned. The answer, John Locke and company (including Frank and Sun) crashed on the present day island, while Jack, Kate, and Hurley "flashed" to the island's past.
Last week in the episode title "316" we finally got to see Jack, Kate, and Hurley (and presumably some others as well) return to the island. The episode had some great moments and came closer to scoring a perfect 10 among Sledgeweb visitors over any other episode of Lost yet. This week, at long last, we get to see the events that led up to the eventual death of John Locke, and hopefully at least a little hint at what his future might hold, if he even has one, back on the island. Will he be reborn? Come back to life? Take Christian's place as the new "face" of Jacob? We'll all have to tune in tonight to find out. So follow the jump for more information and a preview of tonight's episode. Then join us in the live group chat during "The Life and Death of Jeremy Bentham."
This week on Lost, all the adult O6ers are leaving on a jet plane, and they don't think they're ever coming home. Before they can go, Ben has to tie up a loose end, Jack goes to see his grandfather, and Kate forfeits her Mother-of-the-Year Award.
Ajire Airways made an official appearance in LOST with Season 5's "The Little Prince". Ajira has been used in some of ABC's ARG marketing tie-in's and LOST promotions. Could Ajira be the Oceanic 6's ticket back to the island? Explore the site and let us know what you think in the comments section!
Damon and Carlton have sent another video to the participants of the Dharma Initiative game. This one has Damon and Carlton answering some fan questions. During the video a Dharma Initiative statement is flashed on the screen a couple of times. I could not make out the wording. Hopefully one of our readers can find the message for us. At the end of the video another commercial for Ajira Airways was broadcast. The website does have some new links. It is pushing the tagline "destiny" just like season 5. There were a couple of interesting topics discussed. Damon and Carlton stated that we will find out this season why Christian was buried with white shoes and a dark suit. We will also see more of the 4 toed statue this year and it will be a bigger part of season 6. The reason Alex was killed was to create some sympathy for Ben. There had also been a lot of hostage holding on the show so they wanted to shock us by actually having one of the hostages killed. It did create a dramatic scene, one that will not be forgotten any time soon. Click on the video and enter the password emal. So let us know what you find on the video and on Ajira Airways website.
