"The Life and Death of Jeremy Bentham" aired to very mixed reviews this week. It is the first "controversial' episode this season. The grades ranged from perfect 10's to a low of 3. The three came from admitted John Locke fan Lil. This alone is raising eyebrows. The rating average came out to a season low 7.86. The expectations for this episode were high and many believed that the episode did not deliver. This may have lead to some to grade this episode more harshly. Once again Michael Aussiello is breaking some interesting news on Lost. It appears that two of Lost's most mysterious characters will be making an appearance in season 5. Aussiello reports that Fionnula Flanagan, Desmond's reluctant grey haired ring seller, will be back on Lost during season 5. She has been previously seen in "Flashes Before Your Eyes" and in a picture on the Father's desk at the monastery where Desmond once lived. She will be back with a "major connection to a major character". She is one creepy lady who should bring an interesting story. Also Lance Reddick, who plays Matthew Abaddon, was recently seen filming in Hawaii. Aussiello believes they are filming the six episode of season 5.

In Season 4, episode 3 of LOST (The Economist), Sayid takes interest in zombie-Naomi's jewelry. In particular, a bracelet on her wrist, which bears an inscription from "R.G." -- exactly who it's from, we aren't sure. Interestingly, later in the same episode, we discover a similar bracelet on Elsa, the girl Sayid Bond is using to find his next target.
