After Alvar Hanso realized how far Mittelwerk had gone, and after THF headquarters were raided, he issued an official letter on the website, http://www.thehansofoundation.org. It was only after Rachel Blake found him in Norway that he revealed to her that he was her father.
Kilpatrick worked for Jeep, but became an informant to Rachel Blake after he realized that THF was trying to use the vehicles they were buying for illegal organ harvesting transport. He blew the whistle on them, but was kidnapped in broad daylight and dragged away into a white van bearing the above MI plates.
William T. Kilpatrick was kidnapped and likely killed for trying to expose The Hanso Foundation's involvement in an organ harvesting scandal. A file called missing_organs.zip opens up into many documents that prove THF's morbid plan to take organs from living comatose patients in poor African hospitals (that had been coerced into signing DNR waivers). Note the multiple mentions of Vialex, an organ preservative that was never explained, and also the plan to use specially rigged Jeep vehicles for transport.
The official site, http://www.whereisalvar.com, was set up by Rachel Blake after one of her friends sabotaged the Apollo Candy production line to produce candy bars that would help Rachel's fans release clues. It logged real life Apollo Candy finds from fans around the world, and when it reached 100%, Rachel went on DJ Dan's live podcast to tie up the story.
A "Confidential Memorandum" to Dr. Hackett of the Apollo Candy Company was torn up and had to be pieced back together. It seems to indicate that they are in the research development stages of creating a beverage whose acidic ingredients mask the flavor of psychotropic compounds that aid in viral spread.
Apollo Candy official site, http://www.apollocandy.com. Apollo Candy was found to be a subsidiary of THF, and there is evidence that some of their products contain psychotropic and viral-spreading agents.

Screencaptures of the Sri Lanka video (an orientation film narrated by Alvar Hanso; click link to view), showing scenes of interest that answer key questions posed by Lost. Rachel Blake had divided this film into 70 pieces and hid them all over the internet and world as 'glyphs' with codes. These could be inputed into http://www.hansoexposed.com to organize this video. Many consider it to be the most important finding of TLE.
A new website, http://www.hansoexposed.com was used for organizing 70 video clips found in TLE into the important "Sri Lanka video". It was first introduced live by Rachel Blake at Comic Con, when she interrupted the Lost panel to accuse them of helping The Hanso Foundation.
Blueprint plans for the Helgus Antonius that were found in Darla Taft's package to Rachel show that all wards on board were quarantined.
