What's Hot: Episode 4x11, "Cabin Fever"
"I've got a fever, and the prescription is more cabin!" That's probably not how tonight's episode will start, but the fact that the enigmatic cabin is mentioned in the title has LOST fans in eager anticipation of tonight's Locke-centric offering, "Cabin Fever". The pace of the season slowed down with last week's more soap-operish "Something Nice Back Home", but it looks like that may have only been the calm before the storm. "Cabin Fever" looks to deliver for mythology fans tonight on ABC. Last week we found out that Locke and Ben plan to utilize Hurley to find the disappearing cabin, and that plan goes into action in the eleventh episode of the fourth season of LOST. We've previously learned that Ben can use an ancient cave to summon up the Smoke Monster - does that have anything to do with Jacob and his creepy cabin? Who or what exactly is Jacob, and what is his/its relationship to the island? Perhaps tonight's episode will shed some light on those matters. Locke episodes usually deliver, and this one must be super intense, because it's taking three different actors to play the role of John Locke, in an episode that sees a return to the flashbacks of previous seasons (rather than flash forwards).
LOST returned after a long break last week, and according to our poll results and segment ratings, it was a hit. The stakes were high for our losties in "The Shape of Things to Come". A mini-cliffhanger teased that Claire may have been killed in the commando's attack on Othersville. We were relieved to see that Claire survived, only to have Alex killed off one segment later. The episode also featured what seems to be a jump in time and location from Ben, as he awoke in the middle of the Sahara desert... in 2005 (a date which he himself needed to verify was correct). Other highlights included the revealing of Ben's secret room within his secret room, that appears to be an ancient cave, where one can apparently summon and control the Smoke Monster! It all ended with an enigmatic show down between Ben and Chuck... what exactly is the deal with their game?
After an action-packed episode last week, tonight we are treated to "Something Nice Back Home", a Jack-centric episode. More on that, after the jump.
The interrupted fourth season of LOST continues tonight with a brand new episode, "The Shape of Things to Come". Hopefully the momentum that built up in the first half of the season will carry over to the next batch of fresh episodes. Personally, I've been away from LOST and the site for quite a while due to personal reasons (including negotiating and accepting a new full time job) - so my deepest thanks to the awesome staff who have been posting articles and keeping things in order. We are a bit behind on some things, but hope to have them all online soon. Of course, screenshots will be up tonight and we will continue with the episode segment ratings, so be sure to tune in for that during tonight's episode at 10PM Eastern.
Tonight we get a Sayid / Ben centric episode. We've previously learned that Sayid ends up working for Ben in the "future"... but what exactly are they doing, and who exactly are their targets? Is it Widmore's people? Hopefully we'll find out tonight.
Last week, in episode 4x07, Ji Yeon, we received plenty of reveals, including Jin's eminent death (maybe), Sun getting off of the island as part of the Oceanic 6, as well as her safely having her and Jin's baby. But it is the final reveal of the episode that will lead us into this week's fantastic looking installment, Meet Kevin Johnson. Last week, just before the credits rolled, we finally got a glimpse of Michael, who's posing as a janitor on the freighter and was referred to by the Captain as Kevin Johnson. But just who Kevin Johnson is, we don't yet know, nor do we know any other details about what Michael has been through since leaving the island at the end of season 2. And although this episode will un-doubtably fill in many juicy details we've probably been dying to know, there is no doubt in my mind that it will also create even more questions. This is nothing new, but Meet Kevin Johnson comes on the eve of a five week hiatus of the show. It appears that we will have plenty to talk about.

In last week's episode 4x06, The Other Woman, we got to see Ben play his last card in order to get Locke to free him. That card was the fact that Charles Widmore was the man behind the freighter, and hunting for the island. It bought Ben his freedom. We also found out that Juliet was "the other woman" in her relationship with Goodwin, and that creepy and obsessive Ben laid his claim to Juliet and pretty much arranged for Goodwin to be killed. Despite these facts the episode was generally unpopular among fans at SWLS, scoring the lowest segment ratings and the lowest overall ratings for the season thus far. We can only hope that tonight's Sun and Jin focused episode will be a change for the better.

Last week we were thrilled and wowed, watching Desmond flip-flop back and forth through time, from 1996 to 2004. The implications of what we saw and what said in that episode will probably keep some of us up at nights for many weeks to come, while others of us will just try to pretend it doesn't mean some of the things that we think it means. But all in all, episode 4x05, The Constant, was solid, fun episode. The episode received the highest segment ratings of the season so far, in our new Live Group Watch segment rating area. Even our weekly poll showed this episode as the most popular of the season, thus far.
Tonight's episode focuses on our favorite OTHER turned good, Juliet. Follow the jump for more information, as well as a preview clip of tonight's episode.
