N.B. John Allen wrote an excellent book on learning the Middle Egyptian language. Used this book in University and it is quite well written and entertaining (in an Egyptological kinda way). The man knows of what he speaks.

I applaud this article heartily.
Does anyone else think the story Mr. Eko tells Locke about Josiah in "What Kate Did" has any carryover to what we're seeing now with the statue?
