ABC describes the episode as:
Things begin to unravel when one of the survivors goes rogue and takes matters into their own hands -- risking the lives of everyone on the island. The actor playing young Ben, Sterling Beaumon, has had plenty of time since season 3 to grow the perfect seventies shag. I do wonder however why when off the island, spy Sayid decides to dedicate so much of his time to straightening his naturally curly hair.

@hypo11-I think I'm on board with you here. The line itself sounds like something Juliette would say, and the scenario with her saying it to Jack makes sense.

As a wild guess, I'd say this is a quote from Juliet to Jack, explaining what Sawyer has become in the 3 years since the O6 left:
He (Sawyer) is our (the people who stayed on the island) You (Jack - as in their leader, their rock of stability).
But of course, I may be way off.
I mean "He's" a new person...
I think it pretty obvious from the episodes synopsizes that one of the people in "He's Our You" will be Sayid... probably the "You"... "Our" is Dharma... and "You" is a new person...
