ABC has released its official episode description for "Because You Left".

The remaining island survivors start to feel the effects of the aftermath of moving the island, and Jack and Ben begin their quest to reunite the Oceanic 6 in order to return to the island with Locke's body in an attempt to save their former fellow castaways. Compiling information from the previews and sneak peeks, it appears that the early part of the season will focus on two story fronts. The on island focus will be on where, or more likely, when the island went. Early indications hint at a visit to the early Dharma years and the effects that the island moving has had on the remaining island losties. On the home front, it looks like the Oceanic 6 lie will play a hand in getting them all motivated to get back to the island. I am interested on how long they will keep them apart. This story telling technique was not well recieved during the early parts of season 3.

The listing of guest stars bring back some old characters that support a visit to the past. We get to see more Ethan Rom and even an appearance by Neil Frogurt the Yogurt guy.
