What's Hot: 4x09: New Dharma Logo
Ben gave us yet another new Dharma logo tonight when he showed up in the Sahara Desert sporting a coat with a logo on the shoulder. Could that be a small sprout, the logo of the infamous Orchid station? Let us know what you think it is.

Looks like a sprout of some kind, but then "swirls" out like the old Time Tunnel TV show used to (for those young'uns in the group here)
i think because that name was used by candle on the orchid st. thats its symbol.

I found the name to be a stand-out, but I did not realize that was its meaning.
The shape is obviously a spiral, and it does looks like a wormhole, although it also reminds me of a triskelion, which is closely associated with spirals.
I found myself laughing during that scene because when Ben threw up my little brother remarked, 'look, dude, he puked! just like some people do after they been teleported to the JLA watchtower!'
Well, there were no roads anywhere, and no rivers, and no hole in the ground. Even if he had come in from the air, where was his parachute? And this is LOST, weirder things have happened and will continue to happen.
I'm with you bigpink, the first thing that came to mind when I glimpsed the new logo was those old cartoons and movies that always used some type of undulating black and white spiral to signify time travel.
And I don't know about you guys, but I found myself cheering and yelling at the screen like I was watching my Steelers. I don't know when I was louder, in this opening scene with Big Bad Ben or when he unleashed the "Smoke Train". HERE WE GO SMOKE TRAIN, HERE WE GO!!!
The patch almost looks like what I imagine a worm hole would look like. And since he obviously time travelled wearing it, that might make sense.
I am beginning to feel for Ben. It seems pretty obvious that he is still a really bad guy. I think that he killed Nadia to get Sayid to work for him.
But seeing his reaction to Alex's death made me sad.
PS. Ben is a bad ass. Even though I hate him, he's a total bad ass.
Never mind, just went up :)
Also it looked like the name on the jacket was "Halliwax" - the name that Marvin Candle uses in one of the orientation videos. Can we get a screen capture of that in the User Requested Images section?
