What's Hot: LOST: Survivor
It is that time of year again: the horrific waiting period from which there is no escape. But we are not the only ones who disdain the hiatus. From all corners of the island, the Lostians unite in a great battle to find who is the swiftest, the most cunning, the bravest. And they need your help. That's right, you will aid your favorite Lost character through a battle of wits and trickery, fighting for your own survival while aiding your teammates to survive and become the Lost Survivor!
Here's what will happen: throughout the next week, you will PM me (JBRam) with your favorite Lost character. If he/she/it has not yet been chosen, you will guide your character through the battle. Keep your identity secret! If word gets out who your character is, you may not make it past the next elimination!
Here are the rules: Every Tuesday and Friday night (subject to change), there will be a challenge. The winner or winning team will receive immunity or some other prize. There will then be a voting of who stays on the island and who will be sacrificed to Smokey. This vote will take place throughout the entire length of the Challenge which means you do not know who receives immunity until the voting is closed. Depending on how many people join, this game could last only until the hiatus, or it could be picked up again after the Lost season ends.

Watch out. When you play games on this site, your post count shoots up like crazy. And the posts become shorter. And all of a sudden you find yourself posting just a smiley.
By the way, if you need to post more to get Background Extra status and be able to PM me, you only need 30 posts, not 50. My bad.
That's funny, Squirt. Nah, I'm not even a mod yet, I just really like the people here. Plus, two years ago I had a lot more time on my hands than I do now.

How can you have so many bloody posts, It would probably take me 19 yrs to get as many as you,

The first Challenge is one this Tuesday, April 1st, but you can sign up ANYTIME after that, as long as there is an available character. You can choose anyone you want from LOST until Tuesday; after Tuesday, you can choose from anyone on the List of characters.
Re: posting. We would love to have you all join us in the forum. If you don't really want to start posting, just check it out. We are basically a family (complete with old grandpas and crazy uncles) and we always have room for more!
Yeah, for all people who don't have enough posts to pm, go to the forum and in the community lounge there are plenty of threads for posting. Plenty.
I like idea of this and signed up in forum, but im gona guess it takes 50 posts b4 i can send pm's. Is there a deadline for this?

Try posting in the Forum until you have 50 posts. You get to know the people better and then you will be upgraded to "Background Extra" with all of the privileges such as PMs.
hey i'm not allowed to send personal messages, how can i participate? i would like to give this a whirl...
Just one thing to add... As more and more people sign up, there become fewer available characters to choose. Be sure to send your top three picks so I can help you get the character you want. If you only send one choice, you might not get that character, and it will take longer for you to get signed up :)
