Some thing extra i noticed while looking at Harper's creds.

yes i agree that it's the Hanso logo on the Certificate of recognition.
But it's the new 2006 Hanso logo.

This is supposed to be before the plane crash in September 2004 and at that time the Hanso logo was the tilted H.

Set dressing error or another clue?

Goodwin's wife looks like an alien!
Also, I think the person she is referring to Juliet looking "just like" is probably Ben's mom. She had blonde hair like Juliet. Annie (his childhood friend) was a brunette, I believe.

wasn't there some command from Ben for them to regroup at the "Temple?" I wonder if that's what's up north.

Just a quick question... where are the other 'others' meant to be? The children, Cindy the flight attendant? Will they pop up in the near future or have they all been taken/eaten/held hostage by Jacob or smokie?

Going waaaay back, did anyone ever establish who the woman was in the painting in Ben's house, the one with the mouse or something on her lap, that looked like Juliette?

This springs to mind because Harper mentions quickly how much Juliette "looks like her" (who exactly?)and then refuses to say any more.

Remember the girl that grew up on the island with Ben - what happened to her? Could she have been his first love, possibly came to a sticky end, and who happened to look like Jules, hence his creepy obsession?

dharmaceo, good point about the sand and the alternate time lines. The thing that struck me when I first saw that scene was the seeming focus on "non-linear" things -- the curves in the sand, the curvy vase on the table, the round vase/ornament on the bookshelf below the certificates. Maybe it was just me, but my eye was drawn immediately to the curved items -- I don't know if that was deliberate on their part or not -- and then I started thinking about "non-linear" things. Probably just over-analyzing again, LOL!

Season 3 Episode Catch 22 - just watched the episode on-line.

Shows the bottle of Mariah Wine/monk produced and it had a burgundy topper and no design also the label on the back of the bottle is much lower. Where as the bottle they shared on the bech had a label in the middle of the back.

Good shots of the bottle while Desmond gets pissed on the 100 quid bottles.

It would have been a great link to have Penny's father purchase all the bottles then find one of them on the submarine. As that is where Goodwin found that particular bottle.

good thoughts here is that the same monestary wine as Desmond was crating for Penny, time for a trip to the archived episodes. I think I left mine in a hallowed out bible. ;)

For some reason the swirl on the top of the bottle is to modern for the monestary, but odder things have occurred on this island.

Obviously Goodwin had access to the finer things on the island.

Where did we see the monestary wine? Might be able to id via the white stripe at the top of the bottle..

What would be really interesting is if it was from monastery that Desmond was in.

The certificate of Recognition is the one from Hanso. The new symbol in the Dharma logo looks much like the Hanso swirl in the Hanso logo.

Phoney Baloney diplomas.

"Experimental" something or other...

Certificate of Recognition...

Pseudo-science quackery, the preferred credentials of The Others.

Do you think the scene with the sand is a metaphor that the island is progressing in an alternate time line? That's really the only reason I can see for that scene.

The second shot that has Harper's degrees in it. The one furthest to the right shows the Hanso Foundation symbol in the bootom left corner

If the wine bottle Goodwin is using is the same as the kind we saw with Charlie that would be pretty interesting. Can't tell for shure if it is or not though.
