I didn't know that Joey from Friends had joined the army... LOL!!!!! (pic 7)
Could I get a screencap of the various people bidding on the journal from The Black Rock. One of them looks a little like Mr. Avellino with a bad wig (the guy Sayid shot in "The Economist").
24th did not get two, its 24th and 31st underneath
And they are _blue_ crosses on the calendar.
25.10.2004 got 2 crosses.
Sorry they are crossed out in yellow (need. new. glasses.) but why...?
Doesn't it seem odd that there are 3 months on one page of the calender? You might have 2 months but 3? Seems like they wanted to show the days in October that aren't crossed out (around the time of the crash) as they look the same as the days in December yet to be crossed out.
Different person on duty uses a different pen? Or such a person uses red and such a person uses blue etc...
Also isn't the background picture the same shot as used in 'the other 48 days' when the plane crashed into the sea?????
I definatly think there is a reason for the different color markings, it doesn't strike me as "normal" to have 4 or 5 different colors just by chance. I think it also means the boat has been sitting out there the entire time. Normally people don't x out dates on a calender unless counting down TO something of keeping track of how many days have gone by (like maybe they are counting sunsets due to the inaccurate clock times etc)
did you post user requested images in season 3, b/c I would like to see some from the classroom in "the man behind the curtain" episode; especially of the volcano picture the class is studying
I was thinking that the reason they used different colored ink was because people lose pens all the time and on different days, they used different ones. I don't mean to say those dates may not be important to US. But I don't think they're important to the Boaties. If they were then why not write a note in the box instead?
I was thinking we might need to cross check the days that are crossed out with any significant events that happened on the island. I'll start on that because my job is terrible, and I have nothing to do really.
Is there any clue into why some days on the calendar are marked with different color inks?
Are there any special "events" that happened on those days in 2004?
How about a shot of Penny's home at Christmas? Thanks
Thanks DC. I did miss that one.
Waaaalt, in case you refer to October 20-23, I think it may be hard to see that the days are crossed out in yellow marker.
I found it weird that there were 4 days in October 2004 that were not X'ed out.
There is a better shot of the binocular guy right before they show the pilot talking to tattoo guy above deck. Just out of the commercial.
That's not Michael up there, lest he's had a hair cut...then I just do not think he'd be driving the boat...though that is not necc. the guy driving it I guess...
looks Inuit possibly Native American influenced to me...bear claw (mmmmmm beeeeaaaaar claaaaaaw) with dream catcher like thingy around it...good make up though if it is a fake, the other not as good...but what is that...some kinda Precious Moments angel symbol?
Does anyone else think that the deck hand's right shoulder tattoo resemble the circles on one of Faraday's journal drawings? What could that mean?
