In "Not in Portland", Juliet's sister's pregnancy test is, of course, a Widmore Labs brand pregnancy test kit! This is the third Widmore pregnancy test we've seen on Lost to date. The first one was left over from the wreckage of Flight 815 and hoarded by Sawyer. Sun uses it on the island to confirm that she is pregnant. The second Widmore tester is used by Kate in one of her flashbacks. And now it pops up again, with Juliet's sister using it to confirm her own pregnancy.
Infertility is definitely coming into play on Lost, and one has to wonder if the ubiquity of Widmore Labs pregnancy test kits are coincidence or not.

Sledgeweb you're usually right but im gonna have to agree with Bahb. it looks more like spring of 1998
I know the woman who is in charge of Glass Patterns Quarterly, that is too awesome. I am going to have to find out if she knew about it. If I can grab a copy of that issue I will.
I feel like the Glass Patterns magazine is a clue to the scenes made of smaller images in mosaic patterns in the brainwashing film. What do you think?
I am going to have to go with spring of 1998. the border of the picture on the cover is the same as the brown border beneath the title "Glass Patterns"
I'm guessing that it's her results from the test, but in reality, I'm probably not THAT interested to REALLY read it.
Nice. I'm not talking about THAT one. I was talking about the one with the microscope and "Laboratories" on it.
On further review, I'm going to have to go with Summer of 1999. Get that issue! It holds the keys to LOST!
The Glass Pattern's Quarterly is from 1991 - 2000, based on the mast head. Haven't found an issue that matches though. Check them out here: http://www.glasspatterns.com/back_issues/archives/9900.htm
I can't wait to subscribe to Glass Patterns Quarterly.
I'm gonna have to watch this one again. Now I'm curious about that paper.
