TLEx40: Secret Apollo Memo

A "Confidential Memorandum" to Dr. Hackett of the Apollo Candy Company was torn up and had to be pieced back together. It seems to indicate that they are in the research development stages of creating a beverage whose acidic ingredients mask the flavor of psychotropic compounds that aid in viral spread.
