sorry... I spelled a few words atrociously in that last post... such as "knowbody..." lol
I'm surprised knowbody's posted this yet, but has anyone else noticed the number "2" when Jin gets off the elevator. There's definitely the number "2" on the outer rim of the elevator, indicating that he is on the second floor. the room number "1516" would mean that he is on the 15th floor most likely... Obviously, Jae had to be higher than the second floor to crash as hard as he did when he fell... so this could be a production error. Also, if they're in Korea, wouldn't they have sybols in their language instead of American numbers? Hmmm... could be another error... Unless I'm wrong, and they use the same number symbols we do.

I didn't follow TLE and I don't know who cononical it is, but from what I've read in the Lost-pedia recap the numbers are important in the greater them eof things but it's impossible to say if any TLE back story will ever be relevant to the show.

the hd version showed as his head was mashed up against the door that it is positively 1516... anyone else think jae looks like a younger version of wickman/candle.... we never have seen his dad have we unless thats who hired jae when he worked there? his son perhaps... maybe why sun/jin are on the island..payback for the "murder" of his son..

I think it does look like 1816, but I will rewatch the episode and look again.

I did a double take thinking it was the same hotel Hurley and Michael stayed there on those other occasions, but then the obvious occurred when they were no were near Asia.
