1x14: Rousseau's Maps

Danielle Rousseau's maps can be pieced together from several screencaptures of Sayid and Shannon translating. It shows that there are two separate maps; one is a bird's eye view of the island with some topography, and the other is a side view showing elevation, with scales and notes (including La Mer lyrics) written over it.

Note: There is now a much clearer version of the side-view map in Other Misc. Resources, an Easter egg from Oceanic-Air.com.

Shannon figures out some of the translations as lyrics to the song La Mer.
She says it came to her from remembering the song from "that fish cartoon" (don't know the exact quote), I'm presuming sh'e referring to Finding Nemo. The song from this was Beyond The Sea not La Mer.
Unless they have a different French version.
But I do think Beyond The Sea and La Mer have a similar tune, but the translated lyrics are different. ???
